Get in touchCo-working is becoming increasingly popular amongst today’s working population. Due to the increased flexibility people are provided through the use of the internet, mobile technology, video conferencing and cloud based services, people are no longer required to be within the same room as their colleagues in order to perform their role.
As a result of this new found freedom, workers are increasingly making use of co-working facilities allowing them to drop into an office based facility, as and when they need it, connect to the online services that they utilise through high quality internet connections, whilst enjoying the camaraderie associated with the communal working environment.
How does it work?
Feel free to book a desk on a monthly basis within our co-working suite via our online booking system.
Booking a desk for a month will ensure that you have the space you need to undertake your work and enjoy the facilities the co-working suite and business centre have to offer.
When booking, you will be offered additional services that can be bolted on to the booking such as additional hot drinks tokens, call answering services and a telephone line if needed.
Alternatively purchase a co-working membership that allows you to make use of a desk within our co-working facility for a specific number of days per month.
We have two packages providing you with either 5 or 10 days access to the facility and they can be purchased via our online booking system.
Facilities
Our co-working suite contains banks of workstations for use by members. The space also benefits from a small informal meeting area along with tea/coffee making facilities. All workstations are supplied with power and hard wired data points.
Telecoms
Members can bolt on the use of a telephone line and/or call answering service. Once subscribed to the service members will benefit from a dedicated “0151” number which can either be answered by a professional receptionist or simply be forwarded to a mobile. When on-site members can have their phone line patched through to the desk that they are working from if required.
Broadband
Each workstation benefits from a hard wired connection to the business centres high speed data/internet service. The co-working suite also benefits from the centre’s WiFi service.
Meeting Room Use
Co-working members are entitled to use the centre’s meeting rooms. Members also benefit from discounted meeting room rates.
